Java Café is a daytime café at Saliña Galleries in Willemstad, made for everyday life in Curaçao and for visitors who want to see the island beyond the usual tourist trail. Good coffee, honest food and a team that's glad you came.
How it started
Our story
Java Café started with a simple idea: a place in Willemstad where every kind of morning feels welcome. A quick coffee before work, a long brunch with family, a lunch break with colleagues.
Tucked inside Saliña Galleries, away from the busy tourist spots, it has become a regular stop for locals and a happy discovery for visitors.

The coffee
Induban Gourmet Coffee, a 100% Arabica specialty coffee from the Dominican Republic. Java Café introduced it to Curaçao on 1 February 2025.
