A Festive Christmas Brunch in Willemstad
This December, make your mornings merry at Java Café. From 1 December, our all-day breakfast and brunch menu welcomes two new Christmas specials, made for slow mornings with family, catch-ups with friends or a holiday brunch with your team. Every cup starts with Induban Gourmet Coffee, a premium Dominican roast, so your Christmas breakfast in Curaçao comes with the island's favourite coffee on the side.

Smoked Turkey Christmas Club
XCG 28.50Toasted bread layered with smoked turkey breast, turkey bacon and a fried egg, finished with homemade cranberry compote and creamy pikálili mayo. A festive take on the classic club sandwich.
Christmas French Toast Sandwich
XCG 21.00Golden French toast layered with crispy bacon, melted cheese and a fried egg, finished with homemade peach compote. A sweet and savoury start to your Christmas morning.
Both specials are on our regular menu for every guest. No group booking or deposit needed.
Misa di Aurora Breakfast Special
Misa di Aurora, the early-morning masses in the lead-up to Christmas, is one of the most loved traditions of Christmas in Curaçao. Afterwards, nothing beats a warm breakfast, so from 16 to 24 December Java opens early at 6:00 AM.

Crispy Pan Fransés filled with Ham di Pasku, poached pear and creamy pikálili mayo. A sweet, savoury and tangy taste of Christmas in Curaçao.

Java Café at Saliña Galleries, Willemstad, serves Christmas brunch specials from 1 December, alongside our all-day breakfast and brunch menu and Induban Gourmet Coffee.
Two Christmas specials: the Smoked Turkey Christmas Club (XCG 28.50) and the Christmas French Toast Sandwich (XCG 21.00). From 16 to 24 December we also serve Pan Fransés Ham di Pasku (XCG 14.50).

From 16 to 24 December, Java Café opens early at 6:00 AM, so you can stop by for breakfast after Misa di Aurora.
